Refund Policy
Returns and refunds are not accepted. All sales are final once prepared for shipping. Cancellations within 24 hours will be accepted as long as the order has not been prepared for shipping.
For all orders accepted for a refund, there will be a 15% restocking fee.
If there is an issue with a received doll through the fault of My Childhood Doll please contact me. I am happy to assist in resolving the issue.
There are no refunds or returns of any kind on custom orders. Once production of a custom order has begun the sale is considered final.
